Cut the appropriate-sized plywood into thirds and add hinges. You can lay it over a regular table or prop it up on cinder blocks. If you do the latter, make sure you can lock boards together so they don’t fold. Check any hardware store and they should be able to help you get the supplies to make a folding surface.
