Best Beer Pong Tables

I am interested in building a beer pong table. Being picky about how people rack cups, I want to put holes in the table so that the cups don’t move.
1) Whats the best way to make the holes in the table? (I’ll probably be using cheaper wood from Home Depot/Lowe’s)
2) I want the cups stick up about halfway from the table. Whats the best way to align the holes so that the cups make a good rack?

I recently just made a Steelers beer pong table and I was thinking of adding some extra stuff to it. Like a ball dispenser, or somewhere to hold the cups and stuff. Maybe a ball washer or something. They sell these little field goals and basketball hoops things I was thinking of getting. If you make a hoop or field goal you have to do something. What are some ideas? TELL ME HOW TO DO/MAKE THEM.
